* For mammograms, please bring a photo ID and insurance card. If you do not have insurance, the self-pay cost is $180
* To schedule a mammogram:
- go to the website listed within the registration confirmation email
* Feel free to donate a wig and/or mastectomy bra
* All insurance plans accepted, no prescription needed
* Prostate screening will also be available
